The post office would go faster if YOU have everything ready to go and don't need to put a box together or put things in envelopes or fill out forms. Be prepared before you get in line .

Never come here during the holiday season! They wanted me to either wrap my big package; or, lug it back home and return the next day, with it! Two other customers ended up helping me box it up!

Really slow post office . Staff is NEVER friendly . I've been here several times because its close to my home and have never had a positive experience.

Nice employees here, but never enough people working. 17 people in line and only 2 counters open, and one of them is only for passports. It wouldn't be so bad if the self-service machine EVER worked.

Alas, one of the surliest postal stations in the area. I assume it is a management issue, but always a bit dispiriting to confront.

Slowest post office ever. I waited in a line of about 6 people for a half hour to mail a letter. If all post offices are this inefficient, it's no wonder the USPS is $6bn in the hole.

Awful AWFUL location. Avoid at all cost! ONE employee, three in back talking, and a line of 15 people. Extremely rude and condescending employees who simply do not care

Decent service

The line here is always 15+ deep. No wonder the USPS is closing branches left and right. The wait and service is atrocious.

15 people in line . 1 cashier is chitchatting and the other keep disappearing into the back. Pretty much an average day here.

Worst post office in the city . Slow, slow, slow and busy. Go to the one on Montrose and Damen . Way better.
