The caves were super beautiful! Loved visiting this place, our guide Eduardo was very helpful and fun. When you leave the cave wait for the sun to pop out in light rays at the entrance.
TShirt & shorts are fine here, comfortable temp inside. This is a very large open cave , not long at all. No pitch-black darkness. Spectacular to see. Slippery wet floors; wear shoes w traction .
It's a beautiful place to explore Puerto Rico 's true nature! Guys try the zipline !!! It's a must for thrill seekers.
open wednesday to sunday, great experience, shoes with traction recommended and don't leave without drinking some of the natural spring water at section 7.
Awesome caves . Never been to a cave before, and it did not disappoint one bit. I would go back for sure.

Amazing experience in Puerto Rico . It's about a one hour and fifteen minutes drive from San Juan.
An interesting and fun place for the young ones.
Nice place to visit and see part of our ancestors writings. This is a very important place for us in PR as it talks about part of our history.
Get there early to avoid the rush of kids on their class trip.

Bad Service at Las Cavernas Cafeteria ...
Despite the negative reviews on here, our experience was good and the family who owns the restaurant seems very nice. - Cyndi Edwards
Talk with the people that work there. They are so knowledgeable and willing to offer great conversation. Well worth the drive. - Scott Sklar
