Great classes . You need to get there early for cycle, zumba , and bodypump. Aqua will help you beat the heat and yoga or piyo will leave you feeling great. Try something new!
Must try Saturday morning cycling at 9:30 with Torres. His class is fun and challenging with great music and energy. You have to check in early at the desk. Class fills up quick.

Warning to those considering a yoga class with Kellie at 7:30 on Wednesdays: this isn't yoga . It's chaotic, frenetic cardio ; good for heart rate, but terrible for one's form & potentially harmful.
I was never here. The equipment is broke. It's crowded . It smells like sweat. The staff are odd. People sit at equipment on their cell phone. The whole gym 's a sauna . I'm going back to my regular gym .
