The free internet option works for VPN connections so don't buy the upgrade and get water from the vending machine - just as expensive as by the front desk but you get a 20oz bottle.

Sure it's a little run down but the beds are quite comfortable and the breakfast buffet is solid and only $15. One of your best bets in Rochester

Other pics must be of updated rooms because mine is showing its age (chipped furniture , yellow tub grout, no throw pillows , curtains don't close). Nice hotel for the area but bad for Hyatt standards.

Make sure you ask for Garland as your server for breakfast . They don't come any better when it comes to detail and attention.

Nice pit stop when traveling. Nothing fancy , just excellent service Hyatt always has.

The new renovations are outstanding. Hands down the most beautiful hotel in Rochester.

Bed was too soft. Pillows soft. Sheets and bathroom were clean . Probably one of the better stays in the downtown area.

It's under construction & I didn't know that prior to booking the room for a conference . It was really a terrible experience. No amenities except the pool/gym and makeshift "restaurant " from 5-9 pm.

Bring your earplugs if you want to sleep in as the hotel has no sound proofing.

Request a renovated room or bring a flashlight and extension cord.

Premium Internet passcode? Or just reg passcode..not sure..slow Internet regardless

Hotel staff is nice and breakfast buffet is delicious but hotel does not have good security. Very noisy .

Great staff but the rooms are showing there age.

I was awoken at 7AM by banging. Needing to work before meeting clients they moved me but the noise persisted. They offered a banquet room but that mngr wanted to charge me $200. No thanks. Fail.

A good place for business meetings/work. Has a keurig coffee machine , 2 PCs with printers and the worst breakfast rolls in town :)

Watch out for some of the towels.. they've been washed a few too many times and are forming holes :(

Room service is late. Probably got mugged coming up to the room.

Breakfast buffet is great but they don't offer it on Mondays.

Free buffet breakfast daily if you book with the AAA rate.

Unfortunately the wait staff at the hotel restaurant is incredibly slow. 30 min before being waited is normal and this repeated week after week.
