You might think ellipticals can't give a tough workout, but that's where you'd be wrong. If you like spinning or treadmill running, this is a nice change!
Definitely a good class to try if you have injuries and need to ease into high intensity
Decent cardio exercise class , but there is really only so much you can do on an elliptical .
Take Annette's class - the 45 minutes fly by and it's a great workout!
