I love working out here. Friendly environment and great equipment! The free classes are awesome. I'd recommend coming to Golds.
Individually owned. The owner is notorious for ripping people off, if you get a membership cancelling it will be harder than it needs to be and if you do cancel make sure you have it in writing.
BodyFlow with Shayna is a good class .
