The service sucks here on almost a daily basis. I love going to the Wendys in Ayer at the rotary, and the one on John Fitch Highway is way better. If it wasn't so convenient I wouldn't come here.

Extremely slow service when you go in the lobby. Sometimes no one even takes your order for 5-10 minutes.
