Generously-sized room and responsive service. Breakfast buffet (incl with Premiere room) had a wide variety of good food. Wifi becomes very slow in the evenings.

I am a Singaporean and I recommend this 4star hotel because of its location! (Best 4 tourists ) But it may be pricey . It is as pricey as Hilton:)

If you are a cyclist, here a bicycle shop just adjoining called trekology. And a few hobby car shops on mall adjoining . The cigar shop has a good collection of cigars , though they are pricy ..

Can't sleep? Grab a drink from Starbucks outside or Coffee Bean across the street. 7-Eleven kiosk also close by. All of which are open 24 hours a day.

The staffs are friendly too and would definitely give advice which is best and practical to choose. Some of the staffs are Filipinos.

Get a "19 series" room (the 19 room on each floor) if you want a double balcony corner room .

Standard business hotel , but nothing beats the location with the price of 4-star hotel . Just steps away from the main Orchard Road and the Italian resto Modesto's that seems fully occupied every night

No coffee house , only expensive restaurants . The hallways are gloomy and eerie. Having said that, family room is nice and the hotel is conveniently and strategically located.

They have a family room that has three beds.. Old hotel but still they maintain it plus the location is nice since it is located at Orchard.

It is an ok hotel .at orchard parade . Many shops near by as well as restaurants even 711 is close by

Worse place to hold an event - rigid and hard to plan as all F&B outlet is outsource. Breakfast setup was horrid...

Really did not enjoy this hotel and checked out early. Bad service and I was actually pissed that I had to pay double wifi-charges just because I wanted to use both phone and laptop to surf .

Relax.....,

A bit old and jaded but that's okay if the service is good.
