Great service but be sure to fill up 100% before dropping the car off. Got hit with an additional $37 at $9.89 per gallon and there's no way I was 4 gallons short - and gas nearby was only 3.35..

Seriously, how can you get it wrong so often? Not on the Gold Board, car not ready; however, u verify I did the reservation correctly. I feel I'm in a Seinfeld episode. 6 other folks w/same issue.

Staff is very friendly ! Ask for upgrade they will accommodate when they can!

If there is long line inside, they have agents in the Gold booth outside.

Call to see if they have any cars before you come over... Apparently even a reservation does not mean you get a car...

They don't open til 4 am and drivers won't take you to the terminal until 4:30am. Don't book the 5 am flight, they claim the airport doesn't open before 5am. @hertz #fail

Gold service here is a complete fraud. 3 of 4 rentals this year have not had cars available or ready.

Bus drivers are nice. Process of returning car is mildly slow. getting the car is absolutely the slowest I have ever experienced. Waited one hour in line - frequent customer said it is not unusual

Hit or miss service. Manager was a jerk over the phone when enquiring about prestige availability but gold office service person was great. They are not coded for prestige but had plenty of them.
