Upper and lower ground runners take the counter clockwise route - less uphill paths

There's a lot of people jogging around the park from about four in the afternoon until eight in the evening. Might as well jog with them!

best time to visit is from 4:30pm onwards when the sun is almost on its way home. :)

..perfect hours are from 5pm onwards ..earlier than that would just be too warm.
