stir-fried baby octopus with pork belly ! very good!! ask them to make it super spicy so good ;) katsu don is pretty good too!
Adorable place. Stir fried udon noodles were good but too saucy for me. Seafood pancake is delish! Tofu salad is literally bite size and free w/check in :)
good lunch special prices and dishes you wont find anywhere else on 32nd st like the sweet pumpkin rice cake with cheese & seafood .
I'm not sure whether it’s the most authentic place, but the Yakisoba was a great and affordable midnight snack here.
Our waiter wore a backwards hat & baggy clothing . I thought he was gonna challenge me to a dance off. And he forget my tofu salad . So much for complimentary after I just gave them free advertising.
I don't even like udon but here it's the only thing I order because it's that good. Now I come once a week and the best part happy hour get one beer get the second free!
The jirashi is best value for your dollar. Good amount of fish !
Lots of choices, mix between Korean and Japanese food !
What appears as "free tofu salad special" on foursquare is actually a spoon with one piece of tofu on it decorated with tuna and a pinch of row
The ramen cannot be compared to Ippudo or Tatto Ramen . I found everything to be a bit bland. The atmosphere is cute and the staff is kind and friendly .
Food was delicious.. The seafood cake though was all avocado and mango..barely tasted any seafood
Great tenderloin pork katsu lunch special , and I am a fan of the tofu , tuna , tobiko appetizer . Getting the oden nabe now!
Lots to chose from even if vegetarian
Late night spot with heavy and unimpressive hearty drunk food. Will get you full though
K food and Japanese, plus beer on tap . Best combination
I love this place. Casual lunch spot , nice staff , cool music , good food!
Everything is wow! I really love this place
Baby octopus & pork belly was great...especially washed down with 2 for 1 beers . Wish the portion was a bit bigger though.
The best unagi don I have ever had!
Stir-fried octopus & pork belly is the one to get.
Squid is insanely good, if you're into that ofcourse.
Try Red Velvet or Kimono rolls. Amazing!
Food is great, very good service , nice deco
I doubt if this is an authentic japanese place. The menu and even restaurant sign are in korean.
Best Japanese restaurant on the block.
What a fantastic place. Everything in here is delicious and the employees are very very attentions. Wow.
So fresh, arigato! I want the pink t-shirt the staff wears.
Kimchi , cheesy, porky Katsu is awesome. Would love if they dumped the club music at lunch .
Really??? These kind of hip hop music in restaurant ?? Tons of F word and mother f word. Oh.
Good food, good service , good price.
Really??? These kind of hip hop music in restaurant ?? Tons of F word and mother f word. OMG
They don't have regular katsu sauce, which ruins the meal. Not a fan of what they use in place of it. But the katsu itself is good.
Fried shrimp udon / tempura was amazing!
Good menu + not that crowded
Amazing rolls!
d tables are too near each other.. Other than dat everything's gud, even d wait staFF : )
Great tofu salad , free, when u check in!
The tea is delicious and the salmon roll is heavenly!
Dont get ramen . Get donkatsu
The rolls. All of them.
the hwe dup bap is pretty damn good for the price
check in at Haruhana and get Tofu salad !!
Sushi :-):-):-)
Try the Sashimi - F r e s h
Portions are tiny. Eel rice was literally the most pathetic meal I've seen in my life despite it being $15
Worst ramen I've had in NYC so far. Go for a cup o noodles , you get the same thing.
All the food here is TERRIBLE- just leave and go to Moku a couple doors down. Or anywhere else on the block because nothing can be as bad as this.
The haru Hana udon tasted like salt, salt and nothing but the salt. Seriously drank 4 glasses of water during dinner
Dont come here. Ever.
The spicy seafood Udon is boss
Get the combo platter if you're in the mood to try a bunch of different sauces and meats! - Lauren Fleming
The katsu toji is one of the best things I've ever had, it was amazing. The ambience is nice and tips aren't required so you have a set price. - Stephanie Sharpless
The mango tango though it is $12 was delicious Try the milk bun (soft with cream inside) or the green tea bun. Simply delectable ! My daughter lived the orange lemonade. - N K
The curry croquette is like a delicious savory doughnut. Yum! - Tracie Lee
The staff here is so friendly! And they keep the place very clean. A great addition to the street. Only downside is that there's no wifi. - Kaye Yoon
