The crab chowder is pretty tasty. Avoid the veggie burger , though.

Good variety of LifeFitness weight machines, free weights, balance balls and cardio machines. Oddly low ceiling though and it can get rather warm and stuffy. There's also sauna's in the locker rooms. - Melissa Cotton
