Get in before 6 and sit in the lounge for appie hour (it starts at 3). Great eats for a great price.
Pretty view ; food is alright. Try going for brunch when it's not so busy, like a weekday.

Restaurant was completely dead yet had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to seat us. Mediocre food at inflated prices. Good view is the saving grace.
