The blue corn piñon pancakes are delicious. Get the real maple syrup and a side of bacon and you will not be disappointed.
The service was awesome and the food was delicious! My kids devoured the buttermilk pancakes (shaped like Mickey!) and the Huevos Divorciados are spicy and yummy!! Highly recommend!
If the plaza cafe in the square is packed you might try this other location if you have a car. Just as good and you can actually have some room. Excellent pancakes !

Breakfast is OK, but ask for the potatoes to be crispy . Green chile Apple Pie was too dry!
