What a find! Absolutely worth the drive out of Austin for a fantastic house 'Rita, housemade tortillas , chips and salsa , and impressive interior-style entrees. The place is gorgeous, too.
Beautiful spot with pleasant staff , and small, but selective menu. The guacamole is quite good, and my companion's Enciladas Suizas with Pollo were the best of the entrees.
El Monumento is great for many reasons: All you can eat Sunday Brunch , a lively bar scene, a secluded patio , and of course family friendly Tex Mex , lunch or dinner with great chips and salsa !
Pork cheeks = fantastic, not to mention at least 2 people who worked there said it was their fav meal. We ordered the Vanilla flan & asked for it to be covered in chocolate & it was AMAZING. Great view

Our crew's faves were the crispy pork carnitas and the $5 house margaritas . If the weather's nice, sit outside and enjoy the view . Our server's name was Laura and she was super nice.
Great atmosphere, wonderful food, you must have an appetizer and sit by the open kitchen and watch them cook. Get a margarita and sit back and enjoy.
The place is very nice and the service is great. The food was pretty good on the whole I was satisfied and would go back again.
One of my favorite restaurants . Get a mixed drink and the carnitas . Finish wish the tres leche and a mexican coffee .
They've got a gorgeous location and delicious food. Add the fact they've got "tres salsas " and you've got the best Mexican food restaurant in town .
Love this place. The drink options are fantastic! Jeremy is a master mixologist ! the spinach and swiss chard enchiladas are the BEST
Great Sangria ! I've tried several things on the menu and yet to try anything I don't l like. Nice patio too.
Very good ambiance. Food was good and just enough spicy . Liked the shrimp saradiano or something like that. Try the red Sangria for buzz.

Queso Flameado with Chorizo is amazing, as well as the Short Rib Enchiladas and the Green Chili pork stew .

The enchiladas were pretty good I like my sauces with a bit more spice. The queso with chorizo was good.

From the start we were greeted by 4 people before we even sat down. Immediately out waiter came and was very informative of the menu and the specials. The drinks are strong and not watered down.

Don't let them take your phone number & make sure they check you in to the correct restaurant . We waited 45 minutes before leaving in disgust. Hostess said it wasn't their fault as system broke. FAIL

A great place on the downtown square in Georgetown. I tried the pizza and it was decent. They have a neat custom built bar area, stage for live music and clean restrooms! - Leigh D
