A great hotel . Staff are attentive and one came up and knocked on my door when they detected I was trying to ring them repeatedly (faulty phone).
Clean and functional, but very spartan and a bit drab. Lacks the style and attention to detail I would expect from a 5 star hotel .
Get a room on one of the higher floors and in Tower 2 away from Northbourne Avenue and sleep well .
Check out the beautiful central courtyard .
