Lots of people in line but the officers are great. They do a triage to ease the process. Thumbs up!

I love the "time-saving" machines that scan your customs declaration, only to require a customs agent to examine it like they've always done.

This such a nice place. I recommend having your luggage checked, especially if travelling with kids.

Use the toilets upstairs before you get in line downstairs

The worst lines I've ever experienced. They encourage people to be late, rather than early, by holding those on time and letting through people who leave it to the last minute. Lots of angry people.

I almost missed my connecting flight due to customs not being organized . It is by far the worst customs experience. Workers don’t know how to direct and give directions appropriately.
