Seriously, how is this rated only 3 stars? This hotel is great. Super clean room , comfortable bed and feels brand new and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you're on the fence, stay here.

The hotel is pretty good but the staff makes it amazing! Not too big, not to small, just right! They could all remember my name, sweet! Gracias for making my stay in Hanoi a perfecto one! ;)
