The gym is a great experience. It has plenty of room with great machines. However there is a bald personal trainer who will not leave you alone without you signing up for his personal training company

Make sure you scan your membership card and get a ticket for any group classes . You need your ticket to complete the class .

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. So keep pushing and working hard. It will pay off. You are good enough!!! :)

Get to class EARLY if u want space to set up and weights for BodyPump . This class fills up quickly.
