Wonderful spot for seeing natural south Florida . In summer, when it rains lots, you'll enjoy it more if you wear footgear with soles that give you good traction. The boardwalk can get really slippery.

Great time of the year to go is March/April. Water levels are low, so wildlife congregates for better viewing .

It was too dry when we went. No water anywhere and we didn't see any wild life. Still nice to see. Have to pay to get in and they close at 5:30.
