Rooms are decent, staff is hit or miss, don't expect 5 star hotel amenities or services. Be prepared to carry your own bags. Food mart is surprisingly well equipped.

Cafe staff is very nice and accommodating, food is slightly above average especially for hotel quality food.

Forget the restaurant . The food and service is poor. They keep it understaffed and service suffers.
