The gumbo 's made the same way my mom & other family members make it: Very simple. The serving of chicken , sausage , & rice was the most generous of any other gumbo I tried on my trip thru Acadiana
I love their po boys and gumbo . Its lots of food for a decent price. Best po boys in town

We came on a Sunday.... they only serve bbq on Sundays, but it was well worth it! Delicious!
Arrived on Sunday where you’re only options are BBQ plates . Not a disappointment. Sausage , rice dressing , potato salad and beans-delicious!

Best crawfish boil I've had in Cajun country. No atmosphere and great, fresh boiled crawfish and cheap domestic beers: exactly what a crawfish joint should be. - KNOW BODDIE
