Spacious room with well-kept and maintained amenities . Definitely enjoyed my stay. Foods served are delicious and of many varieties too. :-)

Nice view at lvl9. Got free wifi , mini fridge , comfortable bathroom , acceptable variety of toiletries, tea/coffee, and even iron+ironing board. Also prompt and friendly service .

Room amenities is satisfactory. There's a linking bridge to Parkson Grand and Giant. Easy to get supplies or shopping

Check-in system not efficient and took forever however the room is spacious and comfy . The best part is that it is connected to Parkson next door. Yeayyy...

Nothing much to complaint. Nothing much to praise either. Check in counter was not friendly tho. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choices. located near city center.

For the price, rooms are average at best. The 'newest' hotel in town but lags behind the rest. The cafe (if you can even call it that) is awful with very limited choice of food. Skip this hotel .

I think TanahMas is more better than here.. Room deco still need some improvement.. My opinion..so sorry.. :D

Outdated hotel in terms of TV , door security and many more. Wrong qiblat direction, and defects shower . Expensive as compare to other hotel .

Deluxe room at rm140 w/o bfast using wife's govt card. Can buy better bfast frm nearby mcd.

It seems like RH dah downgrade service dia. No more Nescafe but replace with 'cheap coffe '. No mini refrigorator in my room. No more small towel... Owh! :(
