[Must Try]: Eel Tainan Pasta . Tainan pasta itself is special, made with fried to crispy . However, they cook the pasta with better way. Sweet and sour sauce is amazing, coupling the aroma from the wok.

The place may not look nice but the food definitely is! Tried the dry one and it's so good. My favorite among other food in Tainan

Stir fried eels are one of the must-eat delicacies on the list of traditional Tainan morsels. Eating with the special deep-fried noodles or ee-mien as in Mandarine would be a plus to its flavor.

老主顧對老闆來說，才是要掌握的客群，一則是人情味的體現，再則是使其生意不墮之所繫，網路的饕客，對南部老闆而言，只是加重工作與心理負擔而已。

雖然環境不是太優秀但很有在地氣息又美味，只是目睹老闆先賣給在地客人（不止一位）還是會小不爽！
