Shuttle into Manhattan is inexpensive and a great way to get to NY. Ask at the front desk.
Its best to get the double bed with kitchen suites. They are bigger suites than the regular ones.
Really needs an extra elevator ! It takes 10 mins for the elevator to come and you can expect to wait 20+ mins for the freaking elevator during checkout time!!

In addition to my previous tip, the 3rd party shuttle bus service to NYC is disorganized, unreliable, far from punctual, & the staff people are rude with customers. Walk to NYC instead!
Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel due to the staff who aren't as helpful or pleasant as they ought to be with customers.
