Try to avoid getting the HHR. Spend some money for something with a little power, especially if you are going to the mountains .
Early Flight, no problem, they have an ereceipt process that allows you to leave the keys and head to the gate.
Having a reservation doesn't guarantee there will be a car waiting for you...boo hiss

Just a mess of customer service issues. No cars, lack of staff , long lines . I'd avoid in the future, too many other options.
