Good location, medieval architecture and good accomodation. But the staff is not friendly enough

We stayed 2 nights and left the day after new year’s eve.We were told to pay cash due to a problem with the banks and the cards were not functional.it was not clear and reliable

We had to deal with a guy that spoke not even a word of english and they simply refused to try to pay with the card again. Not reliable at all
