The museum has an extensive collection of gallo-roman archeological finds in the city , as well as painting galleries with several impressive works.
Mostly second rate Roman artifacts that are poorly laid out and explain. Not worth the 5€
Suivez bien les numéros de salle . Un sacré fourre-tout bien sympathique.
L'archéologie est assez intéressante. Quelques jolies peintures . Mais très compliqué de se repérer.
Wonderful place to visit in the heart of Metz. When visiting, use one of the parking lots along the street. From there it's only a short walk into the old downtown of the city. - Marc Kaiser
