Park was really well maintained. The view was absolutely magical! Arrived early in the morning in winter & the sand was moist & FREEZING cold! Dog thought it was snow...until he tasted it.
Stop by the gift shop to rent sleds . The 5-mi Alkaline Flats hike is no joke (even for fit people!) but you can do it in 1.5 hours if you power through. Bring a selfie stick or tripod -great pics. :)
Good place to visit, better place to stay over night. There were many events people can participate. If you make a day trip, nothing special except white sands . If you camp, perhaps the amazing place.
This time of the year is a great time to go???? had a lot more fun with the cooler weather than in the summer heat!
One of the most beautiful places I've ever camped! Hike in sites about a mile over dunes but totally worth the sore calves!
For maximum thrills, don't forget the sled wax (75 cents in the gift shop .)
5 bucks to see white sand and they have a great gift shop too! This place is magical!
This place is amazing. Don't forget sunglasses and water.
The sand is amazing !
