The fanciest views , the saddest place to live... Full of drunk kids and located at the center of the crowded place in tempe.

Just went to check out the new places on behind Mill Ave. They are so nice. They have hotel life living .. a studio starts at $950. I think it will be a great place to live. Check it out!

Prospective students of ASU..This is the place to be! It's right on Mill Ave,walking distance from Tempe campus,lofty style living,grocery store right underneath,priced kind of high. Def. check em out

Went to the little barbershop right on the corner -Damon was excellent.

Do NOT move in here. The management is completely inept - you will be paying lots of money per month for endless headaches.

Be careful before you sign the 12 month lease . Looks great until you live here!

You'll like it here if you don't have a job since extremely loud partying goes on all night nearly every night. Also if you're a night owl. Also if you like screaming drunks. Also if you like flying .
