Hey everyone!! The hotel just finished upgrading the Internet to 50megs and bought a wireless booster...let us know if this has helped next time you stop by!
Tim at the front desk is the friendliest, kindest and most considerate desk agent I've ever met. Intuitive, great with kids/pets/assistance, and all around helpful. Cell reception is BAD, agreed
Be careful going into the garage from the hotel side. You will scrape your car on either the front left, or the right side. Trust me. Take it like a 3 point turn!
The Wi-Fi is pretty bad; however, the room is clean and pretty much awesome (11th floor). The location is wonderful (right in the heart of downtown Sacramento).
Love this hotel ! Very modern rooms with super comfy beds and great working AC . I could have slept here for days lol.
Right next to the capitol. Basic but large rooms at reasonable price make for good extended stay accommodations
Can win jewelry from Tiffany's at the hotel 's weekly Bubbles & Bling event every Wednesday from 3-7. That's my kind of special!
Was in room 900 at the end if the building. Seemed the air coming into the room was next to the kitchen exhaust, we got a new smell from dinner and breakfast every day blown I to our room It was gross
Close to the state capital grounds. Great area to run and walk.
The wireless has been upgraded. Best I've had at a Marriott property. Very good. thanks.
Could not check in at 4pm today. Was told the front desk would call and they comp parking . We drove for one hour and came back. My child was sleepy from being out all day. Not cool.
No the wireless is still very slow I had to the Lan line or use my mobile phone as a hotspot!
Park anywhere you want. I parallel parked across the first 3 spots I saw and did not get towed nor keyed!
A year after the massive wifi update...it is still 1992 modem speeds. And terrible cell service.
Wifi is horrible, take ages for pages to load. Nice rooms and nice staff , but wish I could get online.
Beg for a 1BR suite!
The studios and one bedrooms are the same square footage so don't pay for the one bedroom. It's a rip off.
Tiny tiny chairs
Wifi was not good in the room not was cell phone service through out hotel . Rooms were nice, continental breakfast good, room smells from air being on nasty.
Get a suite they rock
Uuuhhhmmm staying longer than you bitches...
Customer service at this hotel is awful. Called for towels six times, we never got them.
Wireless sucks and bad cell phone reception
Terrible cell phone reception throughout the hotel
