Arrived with a dog as tripadvisor suggested it was dog friendly - it isn’t but staff were really helpful in finding us another hotel in Galway City

The Haven Spa is indeed a haven. It will definitely spoil you to your heart's content.
Try the Reiki therapy at the spa ; it's definitely relaxing.
Excellent service and location. Rooms are nothing special. A little pricey for what you get.
