No comparison to the Ramada in Sofia. Everything about this hotel pales in comparison to its Sofia sister hotel .

Good location.The hotel is situated in the city centre and everything is around him.Unfortunately the hotel isn't renovated and the room's are terrible.Not sure that he deserves his "stars"!

The staff at the restaurant was very rude and vain. After being shown two different rooms, we chose to stay at another hotel . The latches were missing and it looked like someone went kicking doors.

The breakfast is really good here, but be wary of the coffee

The "Kzhan Dibi" is a must to try

You can find better hotels for this prize. This one does not look like a 4 star. Rooms and equipment look old. Bed was uncomfortable. Not worth the money

Türkçe bilen personel oldukça fazla. TV'lerde en çok Türk kanalları var. Türkiye'den gelecek konuklar için birebir.

Старый отель , который восстановлен новыми собственниками. Номер выходил на парковку и ночной клуб , очень шумно :((( имеет парковочные места для гостей - бесплатно. Не рекомендую для отдыха :(
