To be honest, this is one of the slowest Tim 's ever. Many staff but only one working the counter. Meanwhile, the line is going out the door. Go to the Heart Lake location it's worth the extra drive!

Cheesy bagel , toasted with butter and extra cheese , and a hot chocolate . Cholesterol problems waiting to happen but so good.

A bit disconcerting that the staff has to look at the pictures on the menu to make sure they give you the right drnk

I went once and they had no ice cappuccino OR chocolate dip donuts !

No one knows how to use the latte machine. You ask for a caramel latte and they give you a half cup full of mud water

Please don't order food at the drive-thru. It pisses off everyone who just wants coffee because they take 2 hours to make a bagel .
