We used to hate this place but it was at a convenient location on our drive home from the cottage. Today we stopped and the staff were all friendly , the service was fast, and the food was good.
I agree with what everyone else has said. Arrogant staff and terrible service. This store is definitely one worth complaining about.
Swiss Chalet is NOT fast food . The chicken takes, at bare minimum, 90 mins to fully cook, and the ribs , 2hrs 45min. The chickens they receive are young, they're going to be small.

Arrogant staff and tiny portions
Avoid the Swiss chalet dining room, poor service, bad attitudes and tiny portions, quarter chickens are about golf ball sized. Poor value.
