There's a lot of good pizza places in Carbondale but Quatro's is by far on the top of that list. A must-have for those visiting Carbondale for the first time.
Although this place has been here since the Dark Ages (i.e., since I was in college), it still has the best pizza in C'dale. I come here every time I visit.
On Mondays, they have Whole Wheat Crust if you want something different. It is very good. They do serve beer there as well .
Get the house beer and Quatro challenge pizza .
I completely disagree with the negative tips. Quatros pizza is awesome & Steve Payne is the best. AND Quatros is very family-friendly!!!!
Try ordering the pizza with light sauce. I find that this makes for a better sauce-cheese-crust ratio.

Ruben sandwich was ok nothing to be exciting...I also got a small thin crust 🍕 pizza and it was dry and hardly no sauce on it. You can get way better pizza at than this place. 👎🏼👎🏼save your💰 💰
