What a great trendy spot! The bison short rib app is so filling, and all the fish for mains is responsibly sourced. Definitely go for a Canadian wine - super yum.

Best French onion soup I've ever had. Instead of an oversized watery bowl as i usually expect, it is a reasonable portion that leaves room for other tastes and is reduced to concentrate the flavor.

We had duck wings , bison burger and spaghetti with wagyu meatballs . Everything was flavorful and tasty!

Must try. Best meats in town and really good desserts as well . Can't miss it if you're in Banff.

Restaurant salmon special is savory...mussels appetizer is huge...bison stroganoff is solid too. Beware of pushy waiters though. They really do a job of up selling the menu.
