I work nearby, have tried all the chinatown pho places around (nha trang, thai son, etc) and these guys consistently have the best broth. Perfectly sweet and savory. And the owner is so nice!

Mary Jane Chen

Wow, they completely remodeled this place as of April 2014 compared to their former cramped look. Same delicious food as always with a fresh new restaurant look--more spacious and new looking. ^__^

Samantha Giordano

Loved the pho (a "small" portion was ample for me) and they give you lots of lime , basil ,sprouts. I was there during jury duty/had an hour+ to kill. I like that they were fast but didn't rush me out.

don't be fooled by the fancy interior, Pasteur is LEGIT. best Vietnamese pork chop with rice in the city , and under $10!

Ashley Velazquez

Beef flanks with fried rice , yum! Generous portions for $10. Definitely worth it, especially since I used the second half of my meal for lunch the next day. Will be back!

Must try the Pho-shizzle. Went for take out today, and they gave me hot tea to warm up from the cold while I wait. Very nice place, especially after the renovation.

Brent Burket

Best place ever! Ignore the other Vietnamese places on the block. Come here!!! So good.

Best Vietnamese spot in Chinatown. Come for lunch early or it will be full. Good portion and delicious stock

If youre in a hurry, ask for the check when you get your food. Sometimes they can be a bit sluggish on providing the bill / making change/ running cards

Brian Masefield

Catfish Bahn Mi sandwich (w/ chutney ) is excellent.

if youre in the mood for boba tea , head elsewhere (bobalife on Pell st, kung fu tea ). Not a specialty here
