Great to see Betty's on p2 Eastern Daily Press (Archant) 2Oct2013-richard.batson@archant.co.uk reference Kenwood Food Lovers Bucket List. Well done. ps. Betty's Ilkley equally impressive x
Wonderful atmosphere. Can be large queues to get in.
Wonderful service, and a great breakfast visit. This place is a must see for Harrogate visitors.
Good baby changing facilities and breast feeding was allowed in tea room . Buggy an issue down into the lower tea room with all the stairs. But staff helpful with lifting buggy
Afternoon tea in the Imperial Rooms is a must if you are visiting. Much nicer than the branch in York!
This iconic cafe is a must visit. Excellent food and service. Quite a long queue but worth the wait.
Appearances must be importantant: older and very well dressed ppl were plucked from the queue ahead of everyone else and put in the main room. Young adults and families ushered to a hot room below.
I could LIVE here. Great lunch , great cream tea
A bit of class , avoid the small children. Cinnamon toast is great..
Classic bettys is always a treat. This one is always rammed esp with tourists
Traditional English tea and cake . A must do even with the relentless queue...
Amazing!! My favourite place ❤️
Wonderful. Worth queueing for. Open prawn sandwich and Pimm's recommended.
Fantastic baby changing facilities!
Only been into the shop for takeaway but the tea rooms look delightful. Have heard good things.
A little pricey but well worth it. Worth the wait also. Yum Yum
Original Betty's afternoon tea and bakery product are truly the gems of Yorkshire.

Excellent open sandwiches - ask the waitresses for their recommendation and leave a cash tip
Nice high tea
The best afternoon tea experience I've had so far
Amazing tea and desserts selections!
Full of tourists (ourselves included) but great service and lovely tea and cakes , if a bit expensive .
Scones are lovely, but the Yorkshire cream tea could be a bit big for one!
Floretine rosti is amazing!
Definitely make a point to try something with the clotted cream and macaroons !
You won't be disappointed if you order their Flammkuchen summer special
Some of the tastiest smoked salmon I've had
Tea and a Fat rascal !!! Also check out their seasonal offers !
