Amazing location, really close to everything. Very authentic atmosphere,don't expect for 5star service. I didn't see lots of smiles from hotel staff , but loved the French quarter spirit

Felt safe walking back at night from the French Quarter attractions . Definitely a budget hotel but cute and clean . Don't plan on eating the provided breakfast . We had shower/sink draining issues.

This place is cozy ! If you want flat screens & plush towels go to the Ritz. The staff was great & my room was just what I needed, a comfortable & affordable place to lay my head!

Very friendly and helpful staff . The location is very good and the street is quiet at night. The breakfast is very basic, not what I expected from this establishment. The room was cosy and pleasant.

Definitely awesome! Cozy , confortable and close to many restaurants and jazz spots. For sure I'll back here.

As with many historic properties, the character of rooms can vary. But we are consistently charmed by the quiet location in the residential part of the Quarter, helpful staff , and charm of this hotel .

There is no daily housekeeping. They also serve complimentary coffee in the lobby from 7AM-11AM.

They have fresh baked homemade cookies and milk around 2pm, and a hot breakfast , and wi-fi included in the price.:-)

Well located and silent. However it was my worst experience even in USA. Had my apple usb cable stolen from my car and rooms are very old and dirty (pic from below my bed including a condom)

My room was huge and everything here is wonderful PERFECT location . But staff is soo rude. Worth the deal though.

The rooms are dingy and cave-like, the water pressure is non-existent, but it's reasonably priced and quiet . As long as you have realistic expectations it's not a bad budget option in the Quarter.

The location and price was great. The staff was helpful and I parked my car for free all four days..

Do yourself a favor and avoid the showers . Feels like shards of glass as opposed to water falling on you. Also, pretty sure they share the hot water heater with all of the surrounding buildings.

Mixed feelings. Hotel is in a very good location and looks nice inside. But room wasn't very clean and they didn't tell anything parking fee - 36$ + tax per night.

Rooms may vary in standard and comfort. Can be very loud in case of active neighbours... Rude staff (reception) and not always friendly ...

Hotel is awful.Room stinks, bathroom is completely disgusting.It looks like they never clean here.Dirty towels and bedclothes.The receptionist is rude and make unnecessary comments, we could hear.

Nice hospitality , just take it easy.

It's close to everything French quarter it's just not that nice. Towels and toilet paper are worse than what you find in a 3rd world country .
