The free wifi doesnt work, the free beer is undrinkable, you have to fight for your "free" breakfast , which os not good. Staff is friendly until you complain about something.

The baddest service ever, never stay here. No pult for aircon in the number. Sell fake tickets to Laos for sleeping bus for overestimated price. There is no sleeping bus to Laos. Only sitting bus .

With my card they try to charge 300,00USD instead of 300.000VND,but not enoght money on my account,so they charge 3.000.000VND in fraud transaction,then charge 300.000VND in order to get my signature.
