Was renting from the great neck branch, but their prices are more than Manhattan now. W83 is closest to me, but they NEVER have what I want.
Great place to park in the city overnight in a secure location for $25 + tax
Convenient location but way overpriced. A nice trick is to rent a car from one of the airports but return to UWS location and it’s cheaper
Slow and unfriendly service. There are tons of extra charges and policies that they don't tell you about when you reserve .

Looks like they changed the ladies at the desk. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes.
So disorganized. I returned my car early and they rented it out before I got to "return" it at the desk. Took them forever to check me out.
