Customer service could be better. Also, when I call and "all the representatives are helping others" and I come in and they're all standing around- we have a problem.
Nice people, some super attractive workers, price match is the coolest. I like supporting the good ol' BB.
5/31/13 - amazon is selling San Disk 32 gig extreme SD card for 34.64. Best Buy sells it for $97. Make them do the match!
