This is a fantastic hotel ! The new renovations are done and the Riverside Grill is delicious! Props to the staff :)

No water pressure, no TV channel selection, horrible WiFi connection (if you can get connected) never any parking ! Not worth what they charge for a room!
The waterfront rooms are below avg and the washrooms are small and narrow. Not worth $150. However the view is good
The front staff is loud and rude and get mad if you use the crappy business centre? Isn't that it is there for?
Quite possibly be the best wings I've ever had. Very busy. Had to wait a while for the food but with the great surroundings (right on the river) and attentive wait staff, we had a wonderful afternoon. - Tom Copeland
Free wifi and lovely breakfast selection. They even serve English muffins! Balconies overlook the river, replete with ducks. - Tim Monroe
