I might be biased because I worked here for over three years, but Mother Road Coffee is the best thing to have happened to Carthage! The coffee is stellar and the interior is cozy and cute ☺️
They give away their used coffee grounds for composting! Awesome!
The soup is fresh made daily and always satisfying!
