Great spa toiletries including a Rest, Relax, Recharge aromatherapy resting cream, room air spray, and muscle relaxation lotion. Good local WI beers in the lobby bar and Starbucks for morning treats.

Use hotwire..60.00 nice place. And they let me check in at 7am..got to town very early..clean , and nice pool and spa .

Comfortable beds with templespa toiletries . Nice big pool with a hot tub . The bar is horrible though. All the drinks we got were nasty.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. This place is beautiful inside and the staff is very accommodating. Great Hotel .

Avoid room 200 and 300. All you will hear is the motor from the pool pump running. Yes..the pool is in the lobby. I don't understand it either.

I always have to switch rooms! Last 2 times BC of the AC or heat not functioning. Today BC the bathtub won't drain while showering . GROSS! Just BC it says Crowne on the outside doesn't mean it's nice.

Needs remodeled. Walking into room is reminiscent of a motel room albeit a nice motel .

Use Priceline to book - I got a super price (couldn't get a 2 or 2 1/2 star downtown but upgraded to this 3 star for the price my mini-budget would allow.

Stay away. Had my wedding there and a server stole the groom 's sisters purse .

Slow elevators . Take stairs if able
