I am from Heraklion and live in Athens so I have a very good understanding of the city . It is just a diamond decorating our port .

Staff very friendly , room very clean and the view was super nice, the bead sheets were changed every day and the breakfast was deli and had lots of options to eat.

Lovely hotel near the center of town with a view of the sea but what makes the place special is the friendly staff that nothing seems too much trouble to help you.

Very good hotel , just beware if a pool is important to you: the hotel picture makes it look A LOT bigger than it really is.

Polite service and civilized environment - up to a point. Don't order a dry martini . You'll get a Collins glass topped with sweet vermouth , Beefeater & ice orange juice !

The photo of the pool is taken from another country . Cheating is not the way you win. Pool is max 5m long and 2m width. One double chaise long width, no chairs at the sides

Luxurious and clean . Very polite and helpfull staff . Strangely no wifi in rooms, although I don't mind as I have blazing fast Vodafone wireless.

Ομολογώ πολύ καλό με ευγενέστατο προσωπικό...αν και όταν πληρώνεις 1εβδομάδα διαμονή δεν είναι κακό να έχεις δωρεάν τη σάουνα ή το χαμάμ,όπως όλα σχεδόν τα καλά ξενοδοχεία...

Πανέμορφο αισθητικά. Πάνω απ'όλα, ξενοδοχείο που σέβεται τους πελάτες του.
