Clean and comfy , towels are so white and soft. Mini bar didn't have sparkling water , and room service is a bit pricey but grilled salmon , salad and burger were all delicious!

There's Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor that I just love. Never crowded and I can't get enough of the lobster Thermidor or the BBQ beef with hollandaise sauce .

Appropriate cutlery is an issue at breakfast . For cheese and crackers , they supply a knife and fork to serve the cheese and a teaspoon to dish out the crackers .

Real muesli for breakfast , but no spoons nearby to eat it with.

Room clean , big enough worth of money

The gym needs a serious cleaning up...it's dreadful to run on a treadmill covered with dirt and water marks

very bad receptionist at checkin counter. no greeting, no smile and she did not even eye on me! typical Chinese managed Japanese branded hotel ... hotel itself is clean and the room is revamped
