Awesome hotel . Conveniently located to many places in Pigeon Forge. Staff is very helpful. Nice pool. Very clean .

Always ask the front desk for a discount coupon for shopping, food & attractions . Staff has been great.

but its ok b/c I know what happened and how badly he treated my family. he can lie all he wants, but if his lies get him to sleep every night more power to him. I just think it is sad.

What's with the double door elevator on the right? The rear door opens to some mystery looking mechanical / adultknapping room.

the guy I dealt with continues to reply back to whatever I post only he lies and accuses me of false accusations. Only b/c he knows I am reporting him and is scared of he will get in trouble. How sad!

Lobby Men's Bathroom is disgusting, and no staff to clean it. Inconsiderate guest even has feces on the water tank not to mention the toilet and toilet seat!

News channels have banned during morning breakfast . Manager, Tony, is rude to customers who ask to change the channel.

The breakfast is disgusting & the hallways smell bad. The caulk on the bathtub has mold stains, the fire sprinkler in our room is covered in rust, no ice machines on every floor. It sucks

Don't eat the eggs . It taste like you're taking a big 'ol bite if dirt.
