Fantastic service, great atmosphere! Try the scallops for an entrée.
The food is quite wonderful. However Service is “leisurely “ and the drinks are way overpriced. No free wifi - they try and gouge some coin out of you for the privilege of going online
It looks lile for a steakhouse , cooking meat properly is difficult...
Meat Qual. + preparation below expect. My wife‘s sirloin dry + tough, my tomahawk (80NZD) worst I ever had (almost no roast flavour, mediocre quality, smell/ taste of lamb (prepared in oven together?)
Only went there for cocktails which were delicious but the service was horrible. For such a 'fancy ' place with a dress code it didn't feel like it at all. Will not be returning to try the food.
I think I just found my new favourite establishment in Christchurch.
Quality steakhouse , no debate. But be prepared to wait....and wait....
